The terms
Every Mind Honey order placed through the official checkout carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. The clock starts on your purchase date rather than your delivery date — your order confirmation email has the exact day. Inside that window, dissatisfaction of any kind entitles you to the purchase price back.
The arithmetic we would rather you knew
A product like this is normally judged over eight to twelve weeks. The refund window closes at eight and a half. Those two figures do not line up, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
One bottle empties at day 30 — comfortably inside the window, but short of a fair trial. Three bottles covers both: you hit twelve weeks with capsules left, and the refund decision arrives while you still have product in hand.
Claiming it, in four steps
- Email support@mindhoneys.com inside the 60 days with your order number and the checkout email address.
- Wait for the return authorisation and the address to use. Parcels that arrive unannounced are genuinely difficult to match to an order, so please do not post before you have it.
- Send the bottles, empties included. Tracked service, and keep the receipt until the money lands.
- Refund issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Timing after that
Issued within 5 business days of receipt; then it is your bank's timetable, typically another 3 to 10 business days and occasionally longer on an international card. If a fortnight passes with nothing showing, tell us and we will hand you the transaction reference to give them.
If something went wrong with the order itself
Damaged or incorrect on arrival: a photograph within 7 days and we replace or refund in full, shipping included, with nothing to return.
Tracking says delivered but nothing came: neighbours and the local depot first — that resolves it more often than not. Where it does not, write to us and we open a carrier investigation.
Outside the guarantee
- Requests made after day 60.
- Product bought from a marketplace listing or reseller instead of the official checkout — that seller's policy applies, not ours.
- Returns sent without an authorisation, which we may be unable to identify or credit.
Cancelling before it ships
Email quickly. Orders join the fulfilment queue within hours, but anything not yet shipped is cancelled and refunded in full, shipping included.
